- Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Saturday, 3pm through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
- Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Order Confirmation email upon placement of your order. Our company representative will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm your order and details prior to shipping to reduce any instances of failed deliveries. Upon confirmation, a tracking number from the appointed courier will be sent to your email.
DARC (www.darc-ph.com) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the Philippines.
- Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the appointed courier. As an extra step, our representatives will try to confirm your order with you. If we cannot confirm your order, the said order will be canceled and refunded (if paid in advance).
DARC will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

We take pre-shipping photos to confirm the items that were sent out and will conduct a thorough investigation. After the investigation, if found that items were indeed not sent out, we will send the missing item to the buyer or issue a refund corresponding to the amount of the missing items. Allow up to 10 working days for the investigation.
